• FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS – WORLD STICKER STACKER

  1. Acceptance. By entering or participating in this promotion you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.

  2. Eligibility. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only. Employees of Greene King, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.

  3. Promotional Period. This promotion opens on 8th June 2026 and closes on 19th July 2026.

  4. Participating Pubs for Rewards Collected. Rewards earnt as a result of collecting sticker packs will be redeemable at participating Belhaven Brewery managed sports pubs (Scotland), Greene King managed sports pubs (England & Wales), Flaming Grill and Hungry Horse sports pubs.

  5. Excluded Brands for Rewards Collected. The following brands are EXCLUDED from the promotion: Chef & Brewer, Farmhouse Inns, Farmhouse Kitchen, Crafted Pubs, Metropolitan Pub Company, Hive, Nest and Everly Hotels Collection.

  6. Earning Sticker Packs. A maximum of 10 World Sticker Stacker packs can be earned per customer per day. To earn a pack, customers must spend over £1 in a participating pub during the promotional period, either by ordering through the Greene King App or by presenting their loyalty Membership ID before completing a transaction at the till.

  7. Voucher. Reward vouchers entitle the user to a selected reward upon checkout when purchasing in a single transaction. This is a single-use voucher.Redemptions are subject to each participating pub’s licensed trading hours. Where a fixture starts before a participating pub is licensed to sell alcohol, soft drinks will be available to purchase during the applicable trading period.The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be given away, sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the voucher will be offered.

  8. Validity. This voucher must be presented prior to payment. The voucher cannot be combined with any other offer, daily deal, promotion or discount including Greene King team member and friends & family discounts.

  9. User Requirements. To use the reward, you must:a. Be a registered Greene King App Rewards member who has opted into Sport preference.b. Take part in the World Sticker Stacker within the app, and make eligible transactions at participating pubs during the campaign period.

  b. Promotional Food

  c. Promotional Drink Discount

  i. See the list of available drinks in the voucher description. Products are subject to availability & change at any time, and the range may vary between pubs. No alternative products will be offered if the listed products are unavailable at a particular pub.

  d. Competitions

  i. Winner Selection. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant entry period, unless otherwise specified within the game. Greene King’s decision is final.

  ii. Prize Fulfilment: Prizes will be awarded to confirmed winners after the closing date of the competition. The promoter will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch prizes promptly. Winners are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details, and no liability will be accepted for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the promoter’s control, prize fulfilment timelines may be extended, and winners will be notified accordingly.

  iii. Prize. Prizes vary by competition and are detailed within the World Sticker Stacker game at the point of entry. Each competition may have different prize quantities and conditions.

  iv. The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third-party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.v. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.

  vi. Notification. Winners will be informed of their prize within 10 working days following the end of the promotion, unless otherwise specified. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners using the details on entry, typically direct message, email or telephone, which may be via our agency. However, if a response has not been received within 48 hours when contacted on two separate occasions, or if the selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up all parts of the prize for any other reason, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.

  vii. We accept no responsibility for failed delivery due to incorrect contact details.

  viii. Delivery. You may be provided with the contact details for a third party, if they are arranging delivery of the prize, and will need to contact them directly to arrange delivery. The winners will receive their prize within 30 working days following the end of the promotion, unless otherwise specified. In any event the prize must be claimed and the date of redemption must be confirmed within six months of the closing date, unless otherwise specified.

  11. Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize. We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

  12. Intellectual Property. You will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material that you submit as part of this promotion. However, you grant us (and our agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.

  13. Publicity. The winners may be asked to take part in publicity relating to this promotion but this will be discussed with the winners before taking place.

  14. Winner’s Name. In accordance with the Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code, we intend to publish or make available the surname of any winner. Any winner that objects must notify us as soon as possible after you are informed that you have won.

  15. Greene King reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw competitions or mechanics during the promotional period where necessary.

  16. General Terms. No bulk, machine-generated consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.

  17. Any attempt to gain unfair advantage, including use of multiple accounts or automated tools, may result in disqualification.

  18. We reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, technical or telecommunications faults. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

  19. We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to verify the winners, including, but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required, and to withdraw a prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained advantage in participating in the promotion or has won using fraudulent means.

  20. Our decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

  21. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to you in order to avoid undue disappointment.

  22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and we and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
