What is haggis?
While it may seem like a strange dish to those outside of Scotland's borders, haggis is highly regarded as one of the most culturally important dishes in Scotland. A rich, savoury pudding made from sheep meat with minced oats, onions, spices, and other aromatic and tasty ingredients, it's sometimes described as being similar to a hearty, peppery sausage meat. Absolutely delicious!
