Winner Selection and How to Redeem your Prize

Winner Selection: The winners will be selected by ‘open winning moments’.
The festival tickets and Ticketmaster vouchers will to a randomly allocated through ‘open winning moments’. There are 13 x open winning moments available throughout the promotionl period, with 8 x open winning moments available throughout the campaign. The first person to enter on or after a winning moment will have won the prize to which it is linked. If not all Ticketmaster prizes are won, a mop-up draw will take place on 01.09.2025 from all valid entries.
Participants will find out instantly if they have won a prize.

Winner Notification:
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Prizes The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners by email within 7 days, if they have failed to supply complete and/or accurate information for delivery of the prize.
