• Allergens

  ADULTS NEED AROUND 2000 KCAL A DAY

  You can view our allergen information if you download the Greene King app, or visit our website at www.greeneking.co.uk (V) Suitable for Vegetarians. (Ve) Suitable for Vegans. Please note that we do not operate a dedicated vegetarian/vegan kitchen area. (N) Dish contains Nuts. †Fish, poultry and shellfish dishes may contain bones and/or shell Scampi may contain one or more tail per piece. *All stated weights are approximate before cooking.
  

  Our dishes are prepared in kitchens where nuts and gluten are present as well as other allergens; we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from traces of allergens, due to the risk of unexpected cross contamination. We do not include ‘may contain’ information. Our menu descriptions do not list all ingredients. Please advise the team of any dietary requirements before ordering. Dishes may contain alcohol. Calorie counts are correct at time of print. Please be aware the allergen information for our dishes may change between the date of booking and the date of your visit. We would advise all of our guests contact a member of the team on the date of their visit to confirm the allergen information of their selected meals.

• Bookings and Deposits

  Christmas is our busiest time of year and therefore we kindly ask our customers to confirm their booking by paying a deposit when visiting us at peak times.

  Festive Drinks 

  For customers choosing to book to join us from drinks please note we require a £5 deposit (per adult & child) to confirm any booking on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday throughout December.

  Seasonal Menu

  For those customers choosing to book from our Seasonal Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Seasonal Menu is available from Tuesday 14th November. We kindly ask groups of 4 or more for a £5 deposit (per adult and child) to confirm any booking in December. For groups of 8 or more we will also require your menu choices at least 7 days prior to your visit. If your booking is less than 7 days away, then menu choices are required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining.

  Christmas Party Menu

  For those customers choosing to book from our Christmas Party Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Christmas Party menu is available to groups of 8 or more from Tuesday 14th November. We kindly ask for a £5 deposit (per adult and child) to confirm all Christmas Party bookings from this date.

  Christmas Day Menu

  For those customers choosing to book from our Christmas Day Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Please note no booking is confirmed until a deposit is received: £10 per adult, £10 per child. Full payment and menu choices are required by 11th December 2023. If booking after this date, then full payment and menu choices are required within 48 hours of booking. No bookings will be taken after 18th December 2023 if dining from the Christmas Day menu. Management reserves the right to withdraw/change offers (without notice) at any time.

• Drinks Tab

  1. A maximum of £50 discount will be applied to your total bill when your party spends over £300 on alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.

  2. This discount can only be applied once and can only be used for advanced Christmas Party bookings of groups of ten (10) or more people who have paid their deposit in full no later than 7 days prior to date of booking, as per their bookable menu terms and conditions.

  3. This discount cannot be applied to drinks only bookings.

  4. A minimum of £300 must be spent on drink which can include both alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.

  5. The discount is valid only at the Belhaven pub hosting your confirmed Christmas Party booking. The discount is non transferrable and cannot be used in other Belhaven or Greene King pubs or on any other date.

  6. The bookings confirmation email must be presented on arrival in pub for teams to honour the discount.

  7. Offer valid between Tuesday 14th November 2023 and Tuesday 2nd January 2024 inclusive, excluding Christmas Day. Valid on the date and time stated in your booking confirmation email only.

  8. Valid only at certain Belhaven pubs in Scotland. Find your nearest participating Belhaven pub at https://www.greeneking.co.uk/christmas/heritage

  9. Promotion open to UK residents only, aged 18+.

  10. No cash alternative.

  11. Offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount including Greene King Team Member, Friends and Family or Blue Light Card Discount.

  12. Greene King reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. Manager’s discretion is final.

• Refunds and Cancellation

  Festive Drinks

  If for any reason we are unable to host your drinks get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit. If you would like to cancel, please give us 48 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers, our pubs teams will organise this for you. If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s). If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 48 hours, no refund is available.

  Seasonal Menu or Christmas Party Bookings 

  If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit. If you would like to cancel, please give us 72 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers, our pubs teams will organise this for you. If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change we will need the pre-order for the additional customer(s) immediately too please. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 72 hours, no refund is available.

  To obtain your refund please just call the pub you placed your booking with.

  Christmas Day Menu Bookings 

  If for any reason we are unable to host your Christmas Day get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit. If you would like to cancel, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers, our pubs teams will organise this for you. If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (after 11th December) we will need the pre-order for the additional customer(s) within 48 hours of booking and no later than 18th December. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 7 days, no refund is available.

• Early Booking Offer

  1. Valid for all confirmed deposited bookings of 4 or more people on Seasonal Menu, Christmas Buffet or Christmas Day bookings between Tuesday 14th November and Tuesday 2nd January inclusive.
  2. Bookings must be made, and full deposits must be paid by midnight Tuesday 31st October 2023.
  3. Offer only available to those who book online.
  4. Guests will receive a £15 voucher to be used from Wednesday 3rd January 2024 – Sunday 31st March 2024, excluding Valentine’s Day 14th February 2024 and Mother’s Day 10th March 2024.
  5. Voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given.
  6. At least £5 of the total voucher must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers.
  7. Only one gift voucher will be accepted per transaction.
  8. No cash alternative.
  9. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers including friend & family vouchers – but can be used against promotion (e.g. daily deals or set menus).
  10. Gift vouchers are not available to Greene King employees or those under 18 years old.
  11. Vouchers will be delivered electronically by email on 4th January 2023 (if you have provided a valid email address as part of your online booking) for completed valid bookings (cancelled bookings will not receive the voucher).
