• Festive Fayre Menu Terms and Conditions

  For those customers choosing to book from our Festive Fayre, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Festive Fayre is available from Wednesday 12th November 2025 - 3rd January 2026 excluding 25th December. No booking is confirmed until a £5.00 per adult and £5.00 per child deposit is received. Please confirm your menu pre-order choices 7 days prior to dining. (If your booking is less than 7 days’ away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining).

  If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit. If you would like to cancel, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers, our pubs teams will organise this for you. If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change we will need the pre-order for the additional customer(s) immediately too please. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 72 hours, no refund is available. To obtain your refund please just call the pub you placed your booking with.

• Breakfast with Santa Terms and Conditions

  For those customers choosing to book from our Breakfast with Santa menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Breakfast with Santa menu is only available on Saturday 6th December 2025, Saturday 13th December 2025 and Sunday 21st December 2025. No booking is confirmed until a £5.00 per child deposit is received. Please confirm your menu pre-order choices by the Thursday 11th December 2025 (If your booking is less than 7 days’ away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining).

• Turkey and Tinsel Menu Terms and Conditions

  For those customers choosing to book from our Turkey & Tinsel menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Turkey & Tinsel is available from Wednesday 12th November 2025 until Saturday, 3rd January 2026, subject to availability. For groups of 8 or more we will also require your menu choices 7 days prior to your visit. If your booking is less than 7 days away, then menu choices are required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining.
  If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible. If you would like to cancel, please give us 72 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers, our pubs teams will organise this for you. If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, if it’s a late change we will need the pre-order for the additional customer(s) immediately too please. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 72 hours, no refund is available.
