Our dishes are prepared in kitchens where nuts and gluten are present as well as other allergens; we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from traces of allergens, due to the risk of unexpected cross contamination. We do not include ‘may contain’ information. Our menu descriptions do not list all ingredients. Dishes may contain alcohol. Calorie counts are correct at time of print. Please be aware the allergen information for our dishes may change between the date of booking and the date of your visit. We would advise all of our guests contact a member of the team on the date of their visit to confirm the allergen information of their selected meals.
Christmas is our busiest time of year and therefore we kindly ask our customers to confirm their booking by paying a deposit when visiting us at peak times.
Festive Drinks
For customers choosing to book to join us from drinks please note we require a £5 deposit (per adult & child) to confirm any booking on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday throughout December.
Seasonal Menu
For those customers choosing to book from our Seasonal Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Seasonal Menu is available from Tuesday 29th October 2024. We kindly ask groups of 4 or more for a £5 deposit (per adult and child) to confirm any booking in December. For groups of 8 or more we will also require your menu choices 7 days prior to your visit. If your booking is less than 7 days away, then menu choices are required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining.
Festive Fayre
For those customers choosing to book from our Festive Fayre, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Festive Fayre is available from Tuesday 29th October 2024. No booking is confirmed until a £5.00 per adult and £5.00 per child deposit is received. Please confirm your menu pre-order choices 7 days prior to dining (If your booking is less than 7 days’ away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining).
Christmas Party Menu
For those customers choosing to book from our Christmas Party Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Christmas Party menu is available to groups of 8 or more from Tuesday 29th October 2024. We kindly ask for a £5 deposit (per adult and child) to confirm all Christmas Party bookings from this date. If your booking is less than 7 days away, then menu choices are required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining.
Christmas Day Menu
For those customers choosing to book from our Christmas Day Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Please note no booking is confirmed until a deposit is received: £10 per adult, £10 per child. Full payment and menu choices are required by 11th December 2024. If booking after this date, then full payment and menu choices are required within 48 hours of booking. No bookings will be taken after 23rd December 2024 if dining from the Christmas Day menu. Management reserves the right to withdraw/change offers (without notice) at any time.
Festive Drinks
If for any reason we are unable to host your drinks get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit. If you would like to cancel, please give us 48 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers, our pubs teams will organise this for you. If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s). If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 48 hours, no refund is available.

If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change we will need the pre-order for the additional customer(s) immediately too please. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 72 hours, no refund is available.

Christmas Day Menu Bookings
If for any reason we are unable to host your Christmas Day get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit. If you would like to cancel, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers, our pubs teams will organise this for you. If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (after 11th December) we will need the pre-order for the additional customer(s) within 48 hours of booking and no later than 18th December. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 7 days, no refund is available.

- Valid for all confirmed deposited bookings of 4 or more people on Seasonal Menu, Christmas Buffet or Christmas Day bookings between Tuesday 29th October 2024 and Sunday 5th January 2025 inclusive.
- Offer only available to those who book online and have paid their full deposit by midnight on Tuesday 31st October 2024.
- Guests will receive a £15 voucher to be used from Monday 6th January 2025 –Saturday 29th March 2025, excluding Valentine’s Day (14th February 2025).
- Voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £5 of the total voucher must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers.
- Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards.
- Only one voucher will be accepted per transaction.
- No cash alternative.
- The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers including friend & family vouchers – but can be used against promotion (e.g. daily deals or set menus).
- Vouchers are not available to Greene King employees or those under 18 years old.
- A single voucher will be delivered electronically by email on Monday 6th January 2025 to the lead booker (if a valid email address has been provided as part of your online booking) for completed valid bookings (cancelled bookings will not receive the voucher).

- To redeem, please present your unique voucher code within the email you receive at the till.
- We reserve the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
