Our dishes are prepared in kitchens where nuts and gluten are present as well as other allergens; we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from traces of allergens, due to the risk of unexpected cross contamination. We do not include ‘may contain’ information. Our menu descriptions do not list all ingredients. Please advise the team of any dietary requirements before ordering. Dishes may contain alcohol. Calorie counts are correct at time of print. Please be aware the allergen information for our dishes may change between the date of booking and the date of your visit. We would advise all of our guests contact a member of the team on the date of their visit to confirm the allergen information of their selected meals.
Christmas is our busiest time of year and therefore we kindly ask our customers to confirm their booking by paying a deposit when visiting us at peak times.
For customers choosing to book to join us from drinks please note we require a £5 deposit (per adult & child) to confirm any booking on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday throughout December.
For those customers choosing to book from our Seasonal Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Seasonal Menu is available from Tuesday 14th November. We kindly ask groups of 4 or more for a £5 deposit (per adult and child) to confirm any booking in December. For groups of 8 or more we will also require your menu choices at least 7 days prior to your visit. If your booking is less than 7 days away, then menu choices are required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining.
For those customers choosing to book from our Christmas Party Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Christmas Party menu is available to groups of 8 or more from Tuesday 14th November. We kindly ask for a £5 deposit (per adult and child) to confirm all Christmas Party bookings from this date.
For those customers choosing to book from our Christmas Day Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Please note no booking is confirmed until a deposit is received: £10 per adult, £10 per child. Full payment and menu choices are required by 11th December 2023. If booking after this date, then full payment and menu choices are required within 48 hours of booking. No bookings will be taken after 18th December 2023 if dining from the Christmas Day menu. Management reserves the right to withdraw/change offers (without notice) at any time.
1. A maximum of £50 discount will be applied to your total bill when your party spends over £300 on alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
2. This discount can only be applied once and can only be used for advanced Christmas Party bookings of groups of ten (10) or more people who have paid their deposit in full no later than 7 days prior to date of booking, as per their bookable menu terms and conditions.
3. This discount cannot be applied to drinks only bookings.
4. A minimum of £300 must be spent on drink which can include both alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
5. The discount is valid only at the Belhaven pub hosting your confirmed Christmas Party booking. The discount is non transferrable and cannot be used in other Belhaven or Greene King pubs or on any other date.
6. The bookings confirmation email must be presented on arrival in pub for teams to honour the discount.
7. Offer valid between Tuesday 14th November 2023 and Tuesday 2nd January 2024 inclusive, excluding Christmas Day. Valid on the date and time stated in your booking confirmation email only.

9. Promotion open to UK residents only, aged 18+.
10. No cash alternative.

If you would like to cancel, please give us 48 hoursâ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers, our pubs teams will organise this for you. If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s). If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 48 hours, no refund is available.
