Masses of hops - challenger for bitterness and fresh dry hop herbal character. Cascade adds refreshing pink grapefruit and a floral note and Hersbrucker adds more floral and a touch of spicy and fruity hop. Biscuity malt sweetness balances the robust bitterness.
